The Online Registration Fees are as follows:
- SIGSAM Member: £275
- Student: £275
- Regular: £325
On site registration will also be available, subject to a £50 surcharge.
The registration fee includes: electronic proceedings on USB key; morning and afternoon coffee breaks on main conference days; lunch on main conference days; welcome reception; and one ticket to conference social / banquet. Accommodation, printed proceedings, tutorial attendance and extra banquet tickets can be purchased at the same time for an extra cost as detailed below.
How to Register
To register please follow this link. First create an account; then select the appropriate base registration; and proceed to select any desired options. At the end payment can be made by paypal or credit/debit card.

Tutorial day is Monday 6th July. There will be three tutorials throughout the day as detailed on the Tutorials Page. Tutorials fees are as follows:
- Student: £50 per tutorial or £125 for all three.
- Regular: £60 per tutorial or £150 for all three.
The registration fee includes a copy of the proceedings on a USB memory stick (along with abstracts for the software demonstrations, posters and invited speakers). Printed proceedings may be ordered for an addition £55. To guarantee a copy of the printed proceedings you must register before June 6th.
The conference social / banquet will take place on Wednesday 8th July at the Roman Baths and attached Pump Rooms Restaurant. One ticket is included in the registration fee. If you are travelling with guests then addition tickets can be purchased for £72 each. To guarantee attendance at the banquet you must register at least a week before the start of the conference.
Rooms in the university campus may be booked through this link. Participants can also arrange their own accommodation in Bath city center; from which the campus is easily accessed by a 25min walk or 10 min bus ride. Bath is a popular tourist destination and so there are many option available, however, July is peak tourist season so we suggest booking in advance. Some of the major hotels are:
- Hilton Bath City Hotel: Double rooms are available at a discounted rate of £90 a night. To obtain this rate please make a phone booking on 08705 515151 and note that you are a University of Bath guest (reference code D424400661).
- Holiday Inn Express Bath: Bookings can be made online here.

- Travel-lodge (both the Bath City Centre and Bath Waterside locations are suitable). Bookings can be made online here.

Registration for PASCO will be arranged separately to ISSAC. However, participants attending both conferences can book their accommodation for the entire period as part of the ISSAC registration process.
